The Director General of the National
Orientation Agency, Mister Mike Omeri says that the spate of violence in
Nigeria took time to build up and it will take an equally gradual
process to inculcate a total culture of peace and stability.
At a forum to mark his one year in office and the numerous campaigns to do the right things to transform Nigeria, Mister Omeri said the efforts being made across the states will not be in vain as many Nigerians are hungry for peace.
He said greater efforts must therefore be made by Nigerians across board to sustain and promote different campaigns especially at the grassroot level, on taking the right actions to eliminate corruption and promote peaceful growth and development.
