Inter are reportedly leading the chase for the Nigerian, with sources saying Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg and Valencia also interested. Inter though, are in the fore front of the race to sign the Nigerian, and they reinforced that position by sending representatives to London to meet with Chelsea after Tuesday's Champions League game. But John Shittu, who represents the player, told KickOffNigeria.com it was all speculation. "As far as we are concerned, this is all speculation. Of course it is normal for clubs to show interest," Shittu said. "But the player has not said he wants to leave, and the club has not said they want him to go. "There is always contact all the time from different clubs here and there, but he still has three years left on his contract." |
