A couple allegedly bound, gagged, tortured and ultimately killed a 41-year-old woman during an attempted drug robbery.
Joshua Lemel Gibson, 33, and his girlfriend Frances Renne Gibson, 26, had been partying with Jennifer Rado at their home in the 1900 block of Needle Palm Drive in Edgewater, Florida, on July 17, 2011.
The couple reportedly tried to forcibly take drugs from Rado before binding her with tape and electrical wiring.

The pair dumped Rado’s battered body in woods off Maytown Spur Road, Oak Hill, before trying to cover up the horrific crime.
On the same day of the brutal murder, Joshua Gibson and Frances Gibson purchased bleach and gloves from a convenience store just 10 minutes away from where they buried Rado’s body in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Joshua Gibson reportedly ordered the killing of Rado, who allegedly had a drug problem, but the couple participated equally in the robbery and kidnapping.

Police say Frances Gibson later confessed to the murder and took investigators to Rado's skeletal remains.
As part of a deal to avoid the death penalty, she pleaded to first-degree murder, robbery and kidnapping charges on Tuesday.
In a controlled call with her boyfriend, Frances Gibson questioned Joshua Gibson about Rado's murder. He did not deny his involvement but refused to discuss the matter over the phone, according to the newspaper.
He was indicted on first-degree murder, robbery and kidnapping on Thursday, a day after his first court appearance where he acknowledged the charges against him.
