Con-ga Air! Mexican prisoners form comical line en route to a more serious way of life

It looks like they're having a great time, with their arms around each other - all keeping step in a strange dance routine.
But they're not forming a conga line, once popular at parties and late night bars. Instead they're being forced to form a line in preparation for a life BEHIND bars.
